The story of “Enter the Dragon” is mainly based around three main characters, named as “Lee”, “Roper” and “William”. The main focus of the movie is mainly on the deadly martial arts competition in an island organized by a mysterious man, whose name is “Han”. The leading hero Lee is a sholin martial artist from Hong Kong and receives invitation to be a part of the martial arts competition in the island. Lee learns from his master about the organizer Han that he is a former shaolin student but has been expelled from there to break their code of conduct. Lee also learns that Han’s bodyguard O’Hara is responsible for his sister’s death many years back. A British Intelligence agent  seeks help from Lee to capture Han as he has been suspected to be involved in drug dealings and prostitution, Lee agreed to help him to arrest Han and to take his revenge.

Lee entered into the competition where he met another two main characters Roper and William. Lee also makes a contact with Mei Ling, who is an undercover agent works for the British Intelligence to gather evidence against Han. In the night Lee gets out in the island to gather information and to find out the secret entrance of underground where all the illegal stuffs happen. But Lee ran in to Han’s guards but they could not identify him. William sees Lee, who is outside for the practice. On the first match Lee faced O’Hara and defeats him and kills him to seek revenge of his sister’s death. Han then accuses William for being outside in the night and attacking the guards. William denies that and demands to get out of the island but Han said no.

As a result they engaged in to a flight and Han killed William. Then Han offered Roper to be his representative for drug smugglings in the United States, but roper refused to do so and Han shows him the corpse of William and threatens him that he will face the same fate. The same night, Lee breaks in to the underground and gather evidences against Han, but eventually gets captured by the guards after a fight. At the final chapter of the movie, Han orders Roper to fight Lee but Roper refuses. Roper is sent to fight Han’s another bodyguard Bolo and Roper wins. Han orders to kill Lee and Roper. Lee and Roper fight with the enemy while Mei ling releases other prisoners from Han’s underground. All together they defeat all the enemies. Han attempts to fly away but Lee cornered him and after lots of fight Lee defeats Han and implied Han on his own spear. The amazing fight scene in a room full of mirrors of “Enter the Dragon” is still considered as one of the best fighting scene of all the Bruce Lee movies.

After finishing the contract with Golden Harvest, he made a different deal and opened his own company named Concord Productions Inc. In the third film of Bruce Lee movies, he casted in the Way of the Dragon as the main role and introduced Chuck Norris as his rival in the fight of last scene at the Colosseum in Rome.

He took complete control of the movies and proved himself as a successful writer, director and choreographer of the fighting scenes. In the year-1972, Bruce Lee started to work on his forth film Game of Death. He decided to put on the demo of his martial arts in this movie. But the processing of the film was paused for the proposal of Warner Bros to make a film with them named Enter the Dragon. It was proposed to produce by the joint venture of Golden Harvest and Warner Bros. The recording started. In the mean time another company named Starseas Motion Pictures sent a proposal to play as the leading actor in the Fist of Unicorn. However, after finishing and just before the release of the movie Enter the Dragon, Bruce Lee suddenly died. This movie introduced the martial arts in a new form to the people of the whole world. Robert Clouse took the responsibility to finish the work of the movie Enter the Dragon after Bruce Lee’s death. Bruce Lee had over one hundred minute footages when he worked for this movie. So many persons like Hapkido master Ji Han-Jae, , Lee’s student, Dan Inosanto, Abdul-Jabbar, George Lazenby starred in this film. The film was finished and Robert Clouse released the movie after five years in 1978 using a new cast and story plot and looalike persons of Bruce Lee like both Kim Tai Chung, and Yuen Biao as stunt. Besides, police Lieutenant French suspects him as the killer of Hicks. After getting a lead, he summons Dr. Lagardie and finds hurt Orrin who strikes him with the icepick before death. After the recovery of his illness, Orfamay is told about the death of her brother by him. When Doloris requests him to go to Steelgrave’s house, he goes and finds out Mavis. When he reaches there, he sees that Mavis is sitting next to dead Steelgrave.

Marlow understands that Mavis is letting her sister go and also protecting her. On the next day, Mavis comes to know that Orrin and Orfamay made a blue print to blackmail her with those pictures. Marlow discovers at the working place of Dolores that Lagardie is linked with Dolores and then he calls the police. Lagardie comes before the police, kills Dolores and choose the way of suicide for himself. Bruce Lee shoots over 100 minutes of footages for the film, but some the footages later misplaced. This is the only incomplete movie of all Bruce Lee movies. Anyway, after the death of Bruce Lee the remaining footages of Bruce Lee are released. The running times of the footages are approximately 39 minutes.

These footages are the main storyline of the film which was to be directed by Lee and produced by Raymond Chow. Later, the film is completed by combining the original footages and other footages from Bruce Lee’s career and a new film is formed. The name of the film is “Game of death”. The new film “Game of Death” is released after the five years of Bruce Lee’s death on March 23, 1978. The gross revenue of the film is HK$ 3,436,169.

Original plot of the film involves the role of Hai Tien, played by Bruce Lee. Hai Tien is a retired martial arts champion. A  Korean underworld gang wants Hai Tien to be a part of their gang to steal something (which is something special) from pagoda. The gang believes that pagoda is protecting something for a reason but no guns are allowed in the pagoda that is why they need Hai Tien. But Hai Tien refuses to do so. So, they kidnapped Hai Tien’s younger brother and sister, and then finally Hai Tien agreed to join the group.

Hai Tien along with four other martial artists enter in to the pagoda and fight to get to their way up in the pagoda, they face different challenge in each floor. The thing they wanted is protected in the top level of pagoda. Hai Tien defeats Dan Inosanto, a Filipino martial arts master. He also defeats Master Ji Han and at last Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. But the ending of the film remain unknown. In the 1978 version of new film “Game of Death”, Bruce Lee portrayed the role of Billy Jo.

The new film is completely based on a new story line. In this film, Billy Jo who is a famous martial art movie artist is the main character. Billy Jo fights against a racketeering business. The owner of the syndicate Dr. Land orders to kill Billy to set an example. Land’s assassin sneaks on to a set of Billy Jo’s movie and shoot him. But the bullet did not kill him but passes through his face. As a result he needs go under a plastic surgery and his face changes. He fakes his death to take revenge against Dr. Land. When the syndicate kidnapped his Fiancé Ann Moris, Billy Jo comes out to the world and saves her. The fight scenes inside the pagoda from the original footage are used in this film. Through this film the last touch of Bruce Lee movies come to a life again after the five years of his death.

Then he sent some ruffians to the restaurant but Tang resisted them and hit them badly. As a result he was severely admired by Chen. But Tang disappointed her by going away from Chen not knowing about how to communicate in English or Italian language. But when he had beaten the ruffians, he made some friends in the hotel who knew some karate. Then he taught them Chinese boxing. Again a gunman was sent by the mafia boss but he was unable to kill Tang. Then the mafia boss came to the restaurant for himself with his ruffians to kill Tnag, but he told his ruffians not to use arms to kill him.

As a result they were beaten by Tang. Tang gave a warning to the mafia boss that if he would not keep away from Chen and her restaurant, then he would take vital action against them. On the othe other hand the mafia boss threatened him that if he would not leave Rome, then he would be dead after a while.

Then the mafia boss decided to kidnap Chen  and gave her pressure to write the ownership to the mafia boss but she refused him. In the mean time Tang went to the place and snatched her from the mafia boss. Then the adviser of the villain brought three foreign martial artists to defeat Tang. Two of them were not cooperating each other at first, but when the third martial artist came, the matter was solved. The adviser then threw Tang into the trap so that the fighters could get him easily. But by the help of his friends, Tang defeated them near the colosseum.At last he defeated the third martial artist- Colt who was really a good fighter.

In the mean time two of Chen’s friend were taking rest, but his uncle killed them by a knife to get profit from the mafia boss and go back to Hong Kong as a rich man by persuading Chen. When Chen came back to his uncle after pursuing the adviser, the mafia boss came to the place at the same time and killed the adviser. Chen turned to his uncle and realised that he was betrayed by his uncle. His uncle was shot by the mafia boss too. Chen covered himself behind a tree and at that time police came to the spot and arrested the mafia boss red handed. At the last scene of this Bruce Lee movie, Chen was seen in front of his friends grave mourning. The cinema earned HK$ 5,307,351 in Hong Kong and US$85,000,000 all over the world. This amount says without any doubt that it is one of the best movies in the history of Bruce Lee movies.

Like most of the Bruce Lee movies the story of this movie is based on kung-fu, but it mainly focused on Hong Kong martial arts. “Fist of Fury’ is considered as the major reason for changing  the pattern of Hong Kong cinema and initiating the  features of Hong Kong cinema in 1970s which is known as “Golden era of Kung-Fu cinema”. “Fist of Fury” is one of the major Bruce Lee movies where Bruce Lee choreographed his own fight scenes. In this movie Bruce Lee played the lead role as “Chen Zhen”.

The story of this movie mainly based on the Chinese man Chen’s fight against the Japanese for the continual racial harassment or discrimination and his revenge against them for the murder of his beloved master. Along this story line it also showed a very emotional & romantic relationship between Chen and his fiancé Nora Miao, people were touched by their love & chemistry.

The highlight of the movie was racial harassment of the Chinese by the Japanese in Shanghai city, in a particular area. The story began in the location of Shanghai city where Chen returned to marry his fiancé Nora, but received shocking news of his beloved master Huo Yuanjia’s death. In the funeral of Huo Yuanjia the Japanese harassed the Chinese student of Jingwu school & Huo Yuanjia by addressing them as “weaklings” compared to Japanese. The student of Jingwu School challenged them for fight. Chen could not bear the rasical harassment by the Japanese and started to fight a war against the Japanese and their master Suzoki.

When Japaneses got killed by Chen when they insulted him, Suzoki got alerted. Suzoki threatened the students of Jingwu School to handover Chen or he would kill them all. But instead of hand over Chen to Japanese the students of Jingwu School made a plan to help Chen to escape Shanghai. But that night Chen learned that his master was murdered by the Japanese.

So Chen went to the Japanese dojo to kill them. At that time Suzoki also ordered Japanese to kill all the students of Jingwu School. At the end Chen killed all Japanese components who fought with him. He also fought a fight with Petrova, a Russian gangster who was a friend of Suzoki who came to dojo at that time and won the fight. Then he finally fought with nunchaku against Suzoki who was armed with katana, but Suzoki could not do well.

Chen finally killed Suzoki. When Chen returned to the Jingwu school he found that lots of students got killed by the Japanese, but those Japanese also got killed by the students of Jingwu School. As Chen knew that Japanese would come after the students of  Jingwu school, so he surrendered to the police with a condition that they would protect the students of Jingwu school. At the final scene, Chen makes a flying kick towards the line of police as they open fire at him. It was believed by the audiences that Chen was managed to escape.

The gross revenue from this movie was HKD $4431423 and still remembered as one of the successful Bruce Lee movies of all time. But after this movie Bruce Lee stopped working with the director Lo Wei because of some personal disagreements. But still in the Hong Kong martial arts history of Bruce Lee movies -“Fist of Fury” is the shining star.
